HeartSpace Wellness Programming

Our signature sessions invite participants into a compassionate, open-hearted space for reflection and connection. Through guided exercises, creative exploration, and intentional dialogue, we cultivate a sense of belonging and personal insight. Themes include personal agency, emotional resilience, and collective understanding.

Mind-Body Grounding Practices

Sessions in yoga, guided meditation, and hiking reconnect participants with their bodies and the natural world. These practices are designed to reduce stress, increase mindfulness, and create opportunities for connection and conversation.

Nourishment & Culinary Experience

Throughout the retreat, our private chefs will provide nourishing, thoughtfully crafted meals that prioritize both wellness and enjoyment. There may also be opportunities to venture out as a group to savor a meal in the local town or participate in an interactive cooking class.

Personal Time

Unstructured time is woven throughout the retreat, allowing space for rest, spontaneous connection, and creativity. Guests are welcome to lounge by the pool, engage in games, craft, journal, or simply be.

Therapeutic Theatre

An expressive and experiential workshop using the tools of re-enactment to see helpful vantage points of a past or future situation to unlock personal truths and shared human experiences. Participants are gently guided through improvisational play, role exploration, and narrative work, fostering emotional release and connection in a safe, supportive environment.
